How to Prepare Blueberry Meringue Kisses

Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 40 min | Total Time: 55 min | Servings: 20 meringues

These chewy and crisp meringue kisses are delicious and naturally colored with Organic Blueberry Powder. Easy and so elegant!

INSTRUCTION:

With parchment paper line 2 baking sheets and set aside. Preheat oven to 275F. In a stand mixer bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy. Do this with a whisk attachment on medium speed. Then increase seed to high, and beat to stiff peaks. While mixer is beating, add sugar and salt, gradually. Stop mixer to scrape off the sides of bowl. Set mixer to high, and beat for 5 more mins. Your mixture will look stiff, white, and glossy. Add blueberry powder, and bean paste. Mix to combine ingredients. Pipe meringue onto previously prepared sheets. Bake for 40 min. Around half way through baking, turn them around. Allow to fully cool before serving. Enjoy!
