Getting started is super-easy! The batteries are pre-installed. All you have to do is…

1. Attach the Nasal Dock to the device.

2. Fill the upper tank with water to the Fill Line.

3. Place a new, unused SaltPod capsule in the crushing chamber, foil-side down.

4. Close the lid firmly until you hear it click shut. Do not reopen.

New User Tip: Position the nose pillows correctly and keep your head level.

First, press the pillows in firmly to create a good seal. Once the cycle is initiated, back off a little to increase the flow. It’s all about position (keep the tips centered and unblocked), and pressure (just enough to make a seal).

If a pillow tip is blocked, suction will decrease or stop, and you may get water down your throat.

Relax, smile, and stand up straight with your head level. This keeps the Nose Cleaner in the right position and allows the saline to flow freely though your nose.
