It’s good for dogs and cats but for reptiles and maybe other small animals this is definitely gonna keep them safe. It is perfect for house training, camping, and traveling.Our octagonal mat can fully cover the bottom, the padding about 1 inch thick so it’s more comfortable for the babies than the others we’ve had that are mesh fabric and no cushion. Absolutely well worth the money!
